• There will be better than average employment and wage growth.
• The largest employment gains will be in the accommodations and food services and professional and technical services sectors.
• 2022 will be another strong year for residential construction.
• The state will continue to benefit from the advanced technology industries.
• Retailers will continue to evolve.
• Oil and gas production will improve.
• Over the next decade, Northern Colorado will lead population growth.
• Remote and hybrid work is here to stay – at least for now.
• Colorado will add more than 700,000 people over the next decade.
